We also do a haunted house. It'll be done in conduction with the Night Of The Living Dead.

Last year, DV returned to our big stage, reinstated Thespians, successfully pulled off one of the most challenging dramas possible (Streetcar) - we were on our way. This year, our director was replaced by two (who do not have dramatic arts experience), Thespians has not even been addressed, two "light" and marginally challenging shows have been produced, parents have been dismissed, and inducted Thespians are giving up. Instead of theatre arts, students are calling it theatre Walmart. So Hairspray is coming from DV, but it is a production, not a program. Poor DV needs help. If AZ Thespians can step in to give direction to admin and the teacher directors, please do.
